the privilege of being each client's mortgage lender for life.
As a correspondent lender every step of the
lending process happens in our office giving us the ability to deliver
the superior service and results our clients deserve. Unlike a typical
broker, we close most loans on our credit line then sell them after
closing. This saves clients money (no broker fees) and ensures a
smooth closing since we have greater control over the entire loan
process.

History
Mortgage Master Service Corporation was established by Marilyn, John and
Bob Porter in 1976 as a small, family owned and operated business.
It grew quickly into a leader among mortgage lenders in the Pacific
Northwest. Our commitment to customer service and satisfaction is
reflected in the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in our south
King County office.
In 2004 Bob Porter retired from daily activities but continues as an
active board member and mentor for the company. Marilyn continues
as President and John as Vice President.
