Refinancing my mortgage was the end of a very long process of my Fathers estate. Previous to dealing with Devin and the team at mortgage masters I tried dealing with BOA and it was a nightmare. Devin and Angie were always a phone Call or email away and even went the extra mile on the steps I had difficulty with, I.E., VA loan or records searches. They would send me very helpful links or sometimes even handle it for me. My life like many others is very busy and being on call or out of town makes it difficult sometimes to handle the mortgage process. With the help of Devin and Angie I was able to get through it in a much less stressful way. Mortgage masters of Puyallup has all my future business and I will always recommend them to anyone who asks. They provide the personal touch that is a lost art in the world of customer service these days. No call centers with a roulette of operators or automated systems. Just genuine people that want to help.
